We had the pleasure of working with Ken on a mortgage for our new house. Since it was a new build the whole process from getting qualified for a mortgage to actually taking possession of our house took over 10 months, and Ken was there every step of the way. He checked in with us regularly to see what the progress on our home was, and made sure everything was lined up and ready to go for our possession. We are so happy that we chose to work with Ken because he took any hassle out of setting up our mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and always just a quick phone call or email away. Anytime we had a question (most likely even the same question multiple times!) Ken would reply to our emails and calls immediately. We loved having such open and quick communication, and appreciate him taking the time to ensure this process went smoothly for us. We felt very valued as clients. Thanks again Ken! We will definitely use his services again if we need to!
