We had the pleasure of working with Ken on a mortgage for our new house. Since it was a new build the whole process from getting qualified for a mortgage to actually taking possession of our house took over 10 months, and Ken was there every step of the way. He checked in with us regularly to see what the progress on our home was, and made sure everything was lined up and ready to go for our possession.
