I had the privilege of working with Jackie and Bob for my mortgage. It was my first time purchasing a home and I did not know the process or what to expect. They both made it extremely easy and it was a very comfortable process. Jackie went above and beyond in explaining every detail to me and was extremely helpful. I was very happy with the process and would not change anything about it. When I met with Bob to finalize the paperwork he was very personable and again explained everything to me in detail. I really appreciate the extra mile they went to make sure I was aware of every step and what to expect. I would/will recommend them to any friend or family.
